MRDVS Set to Debut at the Logis-Tech Tokyo (LTT EXPO) 2024

From September 10-13, 2024, the Logis Tech Tokyo 2024 (LTT EXPO) will be held at Tokyo Big Sight, where MRDVS will proudly present its latest innovations in 3D vision sensors.

As a leader in 3D vision sensor technology tailored for mobile robots, MRDVS offers five distinct series—S, M, V, H, and T—each designed to address specific tasks such as obstacle avoidance, docking, navigation, and precision grasping.

Engineered for obstacle avoidance in complex environments, the newly released S3 model supports IO output and integrates RGB-D and depth multimodal information, enabling real-time detection of suspended and low-lying obstacles. Equipped with advanced semantic recognition algorithms, it provides richer obstacle data for smarter avoidance solutions, making it ideal for AMRs, unmanned forklifts, and inspection robots.

Perfect for pallet or cage docking and stacking tasks, the M4 model ensures high-precision docking for unmanned forklifts. The M4 Mega version boasts an IP67 rating for enhanced protection, while the M4 Pro features superior computing power with integrated complex application algorithms.

V Series

Designed to meet positioning and navigation needs, the V1 model can automatically scan indoor ceilings to create dense point cloud maps, enabling unmarked natural navigation with greater stability than 2D LiDAR. The V1 Pro version includes an integrated CPU processing unit with built-in navigation algorithms for enhanced performance.

Developed for high-precision grasping tasks, the H3310 is a binocular RGB-D camera offering a depth range of 300-600mm, a field of view of 110°x90°, and recognition accuracy of ±0.1mm at 350mm. With 6 Tops of computing power, it delivers precise object positioning for accurate grasping.

T Series

The newly launched T2 model is an RGB-D camera designed for 3D environmental perception. It intelligently captures natural 3D features to generate depth maps, which are then converted into point clouds for unmarked navigation. With an ultra-wide 270°x70° field of view, high resolution of 1608×280, a 10 fps frame rate, and long-range perception of up to 30 meters, it provides real-time RGB and 3D point cloud data capture.

We warmly invite industry peers, partners, and researchers from around the world to visit our booth at LTT EXPO. Come and experience the innovative advancements in logistics technology and cutting-edge 3D vision sensing as we explore industry trends and collaboratively shape the future of smart logistics.
