Intelligent and Precise Stacking

Based on advanced 3D vision technology, MileVision’s cage stacking solution is designed specifically for intelligent forklifts. It enables real-time detection of both forklift and cage poses, calculates relative position deviations, and guides forklifts to perform flexible and precise automated stacking.

Vision data guides dynamic forklift adjustments, achieving ±5 mm positioning, 0.1° angular accuracy, and ±15° cage deviation detection for precise stacking.

MRDVS’s proprietary AI outputs real-time relative cage position data, enabling the forklift to continuously optimize its posture for stacking operations.

Each frame of data is processed in under 100 ms, ensuring efficient and stable forklift operation during continuous stacking tasks.

Supports 1–4 layer stacking with 2×2 configuration, enabling flexible handling for various warehouse layouts and storage needs.

The system captures the precise spatial position and orientation of pallets, maintaining an error margin within ±10 mm at a working distance of up to 2 meters.
